Product characteristics
Executive standard: JB/T10601-2006ZW self priming non clogging sewage pump, a new type of pump that integrates self priming and sewage. The hydraulic design of this series of pumps is unique. The impeller is enclosed in a separate impeller chamber, and the pressurized water chamber is connected to the impeller chamber. When the impeller rotates, the liquid in the pump generates strong axial vortex, causing a vacuum at the inlet and a head at the outlet. Therefore, impurities can be discharged from the pressurized water chamber, so its flow channel is completely unobstructed, and its drainage effect is unparalleled by other self priming sewage pumps. The sewage pump produced by our unit can, like a general self priming clean water pump, not require the installation of a bottom valve, but can also suck and discharge wastewater containing large particle solid blocks, long fibers, sediment, waste ore impurities, fecal treatment, and all engineering wastewater.
Main application
It can be widely used in industries such as municipal sewage engineering, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical industry, electricity, petroleum, mining, and river aquaculture. It is currently the most ideal impurity pump for pumping solid particles, fibers, slurries, and mixed suspension media in China.
Service condition
1. Environmental temperature ≤ 45 ℃, medium temperature ≤ 60℃
2. The pH value of the medium is between 4–10
3. The maximum density of the medium is 1050kg/m³
4. The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is single-phase AC 220V, three-phase AC 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9–1.1 times the rated value
