 Product characteristics

1. ZWP self-priming sewage pump is formed by stainless steel precision casting process to ensure the surface roughness of the parts to the greatest extent, reduce the hydraulic loss in the flow channel, and improve the efficiency of the electric pump.

2. Using the dual-channel structure impeller, the solid suspended matter has stronger passing capacity and better sewage discharge effect.

3. The return hole area of the pump body is modified to design, so that the self-priming time of the pump is shorter at the same installation height.

5. The reverse check valve structure is designed at the inlet joint. There is no need to install the bottom valve under the liquid during the pump use, which simplifies the installation process and facilitates the maintenance and replacement of the pump.

Main application

Service condition

1. The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40℃, the relative humidity shall not exceed 95%, and the altitude shall not exceed 1000m;

2. The PH value of the delivery medium is 304 (4-10) and 316 (2-13);

3. The density of the conveying medium is 1.2x10³kg/m³；

4. The voltage is 380V, the frequency is 50Hz, and the voltage fluctuation does not exceed ± 10% of the rated value.
