Product Overview

Submersible pump is QJ well with the submersible pump into the water directly connected to one working tool. The utility model has the advantages of small volume, light weight, excellent performance, high efficiency and energy saving, convenient and reliable operation, etc.

Main Uses

It is mainly used in farm irrigation, urban sewage drainage, water supply, also it can be used in water diversion and drainage for river, pool and etc.

Operating Environment And Conditions

1. Power supply: Three-phase AC 380V (tolerance ±5%), 50Hz (tolerance ±1%).
2. Water quality:
    
   (1) Water temperature not exceeding 20°C;
    
   (2) Solid impurity content (mass ratio) not greater than 0.01%;
    
   (3) pH value (acidity/alkalinity): 6.5–8.5;
    
   (4) Hydrogen sulfide content not greater than 1.5mg/L;
    
   (5) Chloride ion content not greater than 400mg/L.
3. The interior of the submersible motor must be filled with clean water.
4. The submersible pump must be fully submerged during operation: Its submergence depth shall not exceed 70m, and the distance from the bottom of the submersible pump to the well bottom shall be no less than 3m.
5. The well yield shall meet the water output and continuous operation of the submersible pump: The water output of the submersible pump shall be controlled within 0.7–1.2 times the rated flow.
6. The well shall be vertical: The submersible pump cannot be used horizontally, only vertically.
7. The submersible pump must be equipped with a cable matching the specified requirements, and an overload protection device shall be additionally configured.
