Operating Environment And Conditions
(1)power requirement:
a.Rated frequency: 50Hz/60Hz,Rated Voltage:3ph,380V(660V)±5%( it needs explanation if the voltage is 660V)
b.Transformer load should not exceed 75% of its capacity.
c.if the transformer is far from well, it should consider the line voltage drop of transmission line, as for the motor, which is larger than 45KW, the distance from the transformer to the well must not more than 20m, if it is more than 20m, it needs to use the larger two grades than the cable, also consider the line voltage drop too.
(2) water quality requirement:
a.The content of solids in water (mass ratio) is not more than 0.01%.
b.the PH of the water within the 6.5-8.5 range.
c.The temperature of the water is less than 20℃
d.The content of hydrogen sulfide is not greater than 1.5mg/L
e.The chloride ion content is not greater than 400mg/L.
( 3) The inflow of Wells should be able to meet the water supply and continuous operation of the pump.
(4) The wellbore should be straight, and there are no objects or well pipes that prevent the pump from coming down.
( 5) The inlet of the pump must be below 1M, but the diving depth shall not exceed 70M, and the lower end of the motor shallnot be less than 3M.
