KSB held its largest-ever Sales Partner Conference in Yixing, Jiangsu Province, on April 2, 2025.  The conference brought together industry leaders from across China's pump and valve sectors to chart a course for future growth.  The record-breaking attendance of distributors underscored KSB's strong brand appeal and industry influence.

Clear Channel Strategy: Mr. Frank Zhu, General Manager of Shanghai KSB Pump Co., Ltd., provided a comprehensive review of the 2024 channel performance and outlined the strategic direction for channel development in 2025, clarifying the path for KSB and its partners to move forward together.

 

Robust Financial Support: Mr. Kevin Dong, CFO of KSB Asia North, detailed KSB's financial support policies for sales partners, providing a strong financial foundation for deeper collaboration and business expansion.

 

Precise Market Outlook: Ms. Joyce Teng, HR Director and Marketing Director of KSB Asia North, reviewed KSB Shanghai's marketing efforts in 2024 and shared insights and forecasts for 2025 and beyond, helping partners accurately grasp market trends and gain a competitive edge.

 

Service Excellence for Value Enhancement: Mr. Zhang Yong, Director of KSB SupremeServ of KSB Asia North and General Manager of KSB Tianjin, emphasized the critical value of superior service in today's competitive market and introduced KSB's latest SupremeServ system, designed to help partners improve customer satisfaction.

 

Digital Pioneer, Leading the Future: Dr. Dai Linsha, Chief Data Scientist of KSB Shanghai, showcased KSB's latest digital achievements, including "Ki-Pump Sentinel," highlighting KSB's leadership in digital transformation and its commitment to empowering the industry with digital technology.

The afternoon session featured five specialized breakout tracks (Water, General Industry & Building Services, Energy, Petrochemical & Chemical, and Service Excellence). KSB frontline business personnel engaged in in-depth discussions with sales partners on key topics such as quotation system optimization and analysis of differences in localized products, addressing specific pain points in each sector and providing effective solutions for practical operations.

At the exhibition area outside the conference hall, KSB technical personnel provided detailed demonstrations and introductions of KSB's flagship products and latest digital achievements, allowing sales partners to deepen their understanding of KSB's technical DNA and strengthening the connection between the technical and business sides.
