1995

- Jan 3: Registered as "Wenling Xinke Water Pump Research Institute" (the predecessor of Leo Group), marking the official establishment. Rented the 3rd floor of two residential houses at No.2 Weimin Road, Xinjie Town, Wenling for R&D and trial production of water pumps.  

- March: The first-generation SCP180 pipeline pump was officially launched.  

- May: Relocated production to three rented houses in Xinwan Village, Zhenhai Township.  

- June: The DP370 double-pipe jet pump was developed.  

- September: Broke ground on the first phase of Xinke Industrial Park in Donglou Village, Zhenhai Township.  

1996

- February: Moved into the newly built factory and rented an adjacent 300㎡ workshop (North Building of Zhenhai Township Health Center).  

- March: Achieved the first export shipment via container. Set the goal of "1 container per month," which was met by the end of the year.  

- December: Acquired land west of the existing factory for the second phase of Xinke Industrial Park.  

1997

- The second phase of Xinke Industrial Park was completed.  

1998

- Renamed to "Taizhou Xinke Water Pump Research Institute."  

- Passed the ISO9000 Quality Management System certification.  

- Obtained the first production license for small submersible pumps.  

- Wang Xiangrong was elected as a member of the 10th Wenling Municipal Political Consultative Conference.  

1999

- The third phase of Xinke Industrial Park was completed. Achieved the goal of "1 container per week."  

2000

- Broke ground on the first phase of Binhai Industrial Park.  

- The "Xinke" trademark was recognized as a famous trademark in Taizhou City.  

- Established the Leo Party Branch.
